All data is stored on your local Windows box. You can see the data in the following folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\ActivityTracker.gadget\ActivityTracker_prjs.txt <- This file has the data. So you donot have to worry about ANY privacy concerns. All your data is in your local machine. As it regards to Vista sidebar gadget, none of the data is stored on ScreeperZone servers.
