Hi Jane:
Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
Activity note text accepts maximum of 50 characters (brief note on what you did at this time period) and Activity name cannot hold ">" character.

Hours and minutes are tracked by the application. You can also manually set your hours and minutes.

For more detailed info please visit Activity tracker help page

Great application! I love it!

I do have a few questions...

A. Is there any chance of combining the two (activity tracker and To-Do) into one app? If the activity Tracker had the following items that your To-Do app has, it would be excellent and no need to keep both apps up listing the same tasks:

1. Priority
2. Sort
3. Sort
4. due-date
5. Auto change Priority to High

Or, maybe if there was a way to sync the two apps together?

B. Would be great if the Activity description field view was about twice as long as it is now.

C. I could have glanced over the info on your web site, but what are the limitations of the fields? Like, for the description field - how many characters can it hold? What characters can not be used (example ";")? How many characters for the individual Notes field?

D. More importantly, exactly what are the "hours" and "minutes" fields for directly under the Activity description field? Is this the amount of time that is calculated by the app for time worked, or is this for the user to input the estimated time he/she thinks the task will take?

I realize everyone has different needs and you can't please everyone, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks,

Hello!

Excellent application! I, as a freelancer designer who spends most of his time in front of a computer, I find very useful the ability to track the time I spend working on each different design project and, consequently, be able to estimate more accurately how much to charge.

Thank you very much for this wonderful free application :)

Ina,
Can you let me know how you intend to use the xml or RSS. That will help me understand the need. I can then implement it for the benefit of everyone.
