Creating a new social links setting
Social links setting gives you full control of who can see your data using social links.

Name: Required field. Social setting name for your reference. This value is not displayed in any of your social pages. For example, “Social setting for James”, “Social links setting for my wife” so on…
Caption : Optional field. Caption is displayed in top of your activity update feed or your time logs. For example “My activity updates for project Activity Tracker Plus” or “My 35 day updates”
Expiration: Optional field. You can set the expiration date for this social setting. After the expiration date, all your social links for this setting will display “This view is deleted or disabled or expired. Request owner to enable this view”
Password: Optional field. If set,all your social links will request your viewers for a password to view your data.
Timezone: By default this is set to your timezone. But you can change it just for this social links settings. This feature is useful when your client or friend is in different timezone.
Activities update feed/log setting: This determines the link to either time logs or live activity update page, from social pages. Make sure the activities are checked and “Display Log/Notes” for the activities are selected in “Select activities to be included” section. There are two options for now. Feed format and Time Log format.Below image compares the two format.

Select activities to be included: Here you can select the activities that are displayed to your viewers.
- Display Log/Notes : when this is selected for an activity or task, all the logs, notes and expenses (if “yes” is selected to display expenses) are displayed for that activity/task. Else no updates or logs will be displayed to public.
- Display selected tasks: This field can be overridden by selecting “Display All Tasks”. If this field is selected, only tasks that are checked will be included in the social pages.
- Display All Tasks: This field overrides “Display selected tasks”. If this field is selected, regardless of whether the task is checked or not, all tasks that are eligible for public view will be displayed to public. Also newly added tasks that are eligible for public view will be displayed to public.
- Accept New Tasks From Social Pages: This field if checked will allow the public to add new tasks for activities.
Click “Save Social Link Setting” to save all your changes. Once saved all you social links are created and listed below the newly created settings. You can preview all the links before sharing the links.

How can I change the time zone?
From Menu > select “Manage All Activities” > go to settings tab. You will see an option to edit your timezone
