Setup and start using Activity Tracker Plus

In version 3.0 we have successfully integrated a to-do list in to Activity Tracker Plus. You will be able to track time, add notes, add memo, change priority and add expense to each to-do items. We have also made performance and usability improvements.

List of enhancements and new features in version 3.0

  • Clicking on activity name will take you to activity edit screen (enhancement)
  • Adding tasks for activities is quick and easy (feature)
  • To change priority click on the box on the right of a task or activity  (feature)
  • Clicking on a task will take you to “Manage Tasks” screen where you can edit the task (feature)
  • Improved activities and tasks management screen (enhancement)
  • Below shortcut keys are enabled in activity list screen
    • Ctrl + Alt + A Opens add new activity dialog
      Ctrl + Alt + P Scrolls to currently punched-in or working activity
      Ctrl + Alt + N Opens or closes notes for a punched-in activity. You can start adding notes
      Ctrl + Alt + T Focuses on new task text box for a punched-in activity. You can start adding tasks
      Ctrl + Alt + E Focuses on new expense text box for a punched-in activity. You can start adding expense
      Esc Closes any open dialog, like menu or add new activity dialog

    Is there a way to chart all the activities in one chart instead of only one activity at a time?

    Thank you for your hard work. This is a wonderful feature for those of us (like myself) who are often falling behind on tasks when we get overwhelmed by the amount of subtasks to do.
